A 3 inch ring with an adjustable leather wrap around it. Can be mounted to an SCBA pack or to your bunker belt. BE ADVISED if you mount it to your personal bunker pants belt it will not be as easily accessible when your coat is on. It is still accessible if you lift up your coat before placing the tool.
